Auctioneeros is an operations hub built for auction companies that need a cleaner way to manage auction workflow, catalog support, pricing support, operator access, and controlled internal tools. The platform is designed to support auction operations without exposing private back-office systems to the public web.
Auctioneeros is intended for auction companies, auctioneers, estate liquidation operators, and related auction professionals who need structured tools for auction operations.
Auctioneeros is not an open self-signup platform. Access is request-based. A company or operator may request access through the website, and access is reviewed before any account is created. Approved users access the Hub through the protected app portal.
Some modules shown or referenced on the website may be in private beta, limited rollout, or planned development. The following modules are not fully released public modules and should be treated as in-progress:

The Auctioneeros Hub base subscription is $99.00 per month and includes use for up to the first 1,000 lots per month. Additional modules, including FIND, MARKET, and SHIP, are separate add-on modules and may have their own fee structure. Modules may be activated individually, combined as needed, or bundled into a fuller suite depending on the operator’s workflow. Any add-on module pricing, usage charges, carrier-related fees, or custom setup fees will be reviewed before activation.
Subscriptions may be cancelled before the next monthly renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal billing but does not create a refund for the current billing period.
All subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, unless otherwise required by law.
Auctioneeros subscriptions and module fees are business service fees for access to the Auctioneeros platform and related tools. Payment terms, accepted payment methods, module charges, and any applicable setup or usage fees will be reviewed before activation.
Auctioneeros may collect business contact information, company account information, operator access details, catalog or lot-related data, auction workflow information, pickup or FIND records, support communications, billing-related information, and technical/security logs needed to operate the platform.
Auctioneeros uses this information to provide platform access, support users, secure the system, manage accounts, maintain operator separation, improve workflow reliability, and communicate with approved users.
Auctioneeros does not sell tenant, bidder, seller, or customer data. Data may be processed through trusted service providers needed to operate the platform, including hosting, security, email, payment, storage, and approved integration providers.
Each tenant or operator is responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authorization of the information they upload or process through Auctioneeros. Users should not upload sensitive personal information that is not necessary for auction operations.
Auctioneeros uses controlled access and protected app workflows to limit public exposure of operational systems. Data may be retained as needed for business, security, legal, compliance, support, or operational purposes.
Auctioneeros is intended for authorized business use by approved auction industry operators. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login access and for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with applicable laws, auction rules, platform rules, and their own business obligations.
Auctioneeros provides operational tools and workflow support. It does not replace the auctioneer’s professional judgment, legal responsibility, licensing obligations, seller agreements, bidder terms, carrier requirements, or compliance duties.
Users may not use Auctioneeros for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, data misuse, system abuse, reverse engineering, credential sharing, or activity that creates security, legal, or operational risk. Auctioneeros may limit, suspend, or terminate access if misuse, nonpayment, security concerns, or unauthorized activity is identified.
Beta, private rollout, planned, or limited-release modules may change, be delayed, be restricted to approved users, or be unavailable until fully released.
Support is provided by email. The official support email address is [Company email pending — to be added before public onboarding] and will be added before public onboarding. Support covers reasonable assistance related to Auctioneeros access, account use, and platform workflow questions. Custom development, third-party platform troubleshooting, data cleanup, carrier issues, or outside system support may require separate review or agreement.
Access to Auctioneeros is request-based and reviewed before any account is created.
