Billing, cancellation, and refund terms for the Auctioneeros Hub and its modules.
The Auctioneeros Hub base subscription is $99.00 per month and includes use for up to the first 1,000 lots per month. Additional modules, including FIND, MARKET, and SHIP, are separate add-on modules and may have their own fee structure. Modules may be activated individually, combined as needed, or bundled into a fuller suite depending on the operator’s workflow. Any add-on module pricing, usage charges, carrier-related fees, or custom setup fees will be reviewed before activation.
Subscriptions may be cancelled before the next monthly renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal billing but does not create a refund for the current billing period.
All subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, unless otherwise required by law.
Auctioneeros subscriptions and module fees are business service fees for access to the Auctioneeros platform and related tools. Payment terms, accepted payment methods, module charges, and any applicable setup or usage fees will be reviewed before activation.
